Referrals to ProHealth Rx
We accept: Medicare; DVA; WorkCover & Insurance; NDIS; and Home Care referrals, which for the eligible participant provide part or full benefit payments for our allied health services.

As a team of exercise physiologists and occupational therapists, we are passionate about helping our clients reach their health goals and live independently through evidence-based practice and client-centred care.
We like to provide a service to our clients that exceeds all expectations. We are people of our word and are committed to providing our clients with a high quality service to achieve their goals.

NDIS Support coordinator
As NDIS registered providers, we are able to provide exercise physiology services to NDIS participants who are self-managed, plan-managed, or NDIA managed. We aim to provide new referrals an appointment within 7 days.
Please provide as much information as possible, so that we can fulfil your request appropriately. We endeavour to respond to your query within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.

Other Referrals
